Lubebay Manager
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in the automotive service industry, specifically within a quick-lube, express service, or general automotive repair environment.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a management or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop a team of technicians.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving operational goals, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of quick-lube services, including oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, filter replacements, battery checks, and basic vehicle inspections.
- Proficiency in diagnosing common vehicle issues and making appropriate recommendations to customers.
- Strong understanding of inventory management for lubricants, filters, and other quick-service parts.
- Familiarity with service center software systems for scheduling, billing, and customer records.
- Exceptional ability to recruit, hire, train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of service technicians.
- Proven skills in performance management, including conducting reviews, setting goals, and addressing performance issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive team environment and effectively interact with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently, manage workflow, and optimize staffing levels for peak performance.
- Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management, budget control, and strategies to drive revenue and control costs.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, resolving complaints professionally, and building customer loyalty.
- Ability to analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Thorough knowledge and strict enforcement of shop safety procedures and environmental regulations for waste disposal.
- Ensures all operations comply with relevant labor laws and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly address operational challenges, resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth business flow.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned to multiple sites. (San Juan Manila etc.)
