Asst. MCD Manager

The Assistant Material and Control Manager support the Material and Control Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the Material Control Division. The position assists in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of activities related to material inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role ensures compliance with company policies, promotes operational efficiency, and provides leadership in the absence of the Material and Control Manager.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in managing the daily operations of the Material Control Division, ensuring smooth coordination among warehouse, dispatch, and weighing scale departments.
• Supervises and monitors personnel performance across all sections under the MCD.
• Ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements within all storage and dispatch areas.
• Supports in maintaining accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Assists in reviewing and endorsing MCD documents and reports for the Manager's approval.
• Implements approved MCD policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among all sections.
• Assists in drafting and recommending policy or procedural improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
• Monitors utilization and liquidation of the MCD petty cash fund under the Traffic Section.
• Ensures proper control, documentation, and compliance with company accounting guidelines.
• Coordinates with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting) for seamless flow of materials and accurate reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• College graduate
