
Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for IT staff augmentation services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BFSI, healthcare, telecommunications, and enterprise technology sectors.
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline to consistently onboard at least two new clients per month.
- Drive revenue generation and meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop pricing strategies and commercial models for staff augmentation services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 80% in staff augmentation.
- Currently employed in a similar role, preferably in IT staffing.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients in banking, financial services, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of staff augmentation, IT consulting, and workforce solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
