Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for IT staff augmentation services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BFSI, healthcare, telecommunications, and enterprise technology sectors.
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline to consistently onboard at least two new clients per month.
  • Drive revenue generation and meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial models for staff augmentation services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 80% in staff augmentation.
  • Currently employed in a similar role, preferably in IT staffing.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients in banking, financial services, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of staff augmentation, IT consulting, and workforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
