Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Makati. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and increasing revenue. Day-to-day tasks include market research, prospecting new clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies and increase revenue
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
