Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our expansion and revenue generation efforts. Leveraging your deep industry expertise and exceptional relationship-building skills, you will develop and execute winning growth strategies that propel our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement comprehensive business development plans to expand our client base and deepen existing relationships;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and value proposition to effectively position our offerings;
  • Prepare compelling business proposals that captivate and convert prospective clients;
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial partnerships;
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, both locally and globally;
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt our strategies to stay ahead of the competition;
  • Oversee the drafting and review of contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Provide insightful reporting on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Opex/Manufacturing industry, preferably in a business development or marketing management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to motivate both yourself and your team.
  • Experience consistently meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
