About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Nezda Technologies, Inc. as a Business Development professional. You will be responsible for driving new business growth and generating revenue for the company's cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, Insurance or Healthcare accounts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within the insurance and healthcare industries
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target organizations
  3. Presenting the company offerings and demonstrating their unique value proposition
  4. Negotiating and closing new business deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  5. Providing market intelligence and customer feedback to the product development team
  6. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success and other teams to support the sales process

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the SaaS, insurance or healthcare industries
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of business development experience required
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
  5. Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing technologies and techniques
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  7. Bachelor's degree is required for this position
  8. Australian citizenship is required for this role
