This full-time Sales Manager role with HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES IND. CORP.' is based in Cebu City, Cebu. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets for the company's property development projects. This role is crucial in driving the company's growth and market share in the competitive real estate industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coach a team of sales agents to maximise their performance and productivity
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and convert qualified leads
  3. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform sales plans
  4. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales
  6. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure repeat business
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives
  8. Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the trading business or construction supply industry
  2. Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Solid understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and competitor landscape
  5. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions
  7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
