About the Role

As a Premier Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of property consultants and drive sales performance through strong leadership, market insight, and customer-centered strategies. You'll work closely with CLI's leadership team to design and execute initiatives that uphold our promise of building sustainable and thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property specialists to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with partner brokers, agents, and clients through exceptional service and trust.
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to continuously improve CLI's sales performance.
  • Foster collaboration and uphold CLI's core values in every team engagement and client interaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, ethical selling practices, and performance excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder (any business-related course preferred).
  • With
    3–5 years of leadership or managerial experience
    .
  • With
    3–5 years of experience in the real estate industry
    .
  • Strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people development skills.
