As Sales Manager, you will be responsible in influencing the team, developing strategies to achieve company goals and analyzing market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies new clients to drive revenue and business growth which must be aligned to the company goals.
  • Develops strategies and approaches in improving customer experiences that will eventually promote future business opportunities and connections.
  • Sets weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the team to work towards.
  • Involves in the screening and hiring of real estate staff in regards to recruitment process.
  • Develops and implements training programs that will enable and empower the sales team on how to identify and manage customers' experience, negotiates real estate deals, acquire financial target, and property fill out.
  • Coaches entry and officer level staff into valuable prospects for leadership.
  • Makes level-headed collaboration with Marketing Department for promotions and events.
  • Able to bridge gaps between business development and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzes market trends and industry initiatives to make the business' placement competitive.
  • Forecasts sales trajectory that will lead to integrity-based and solution-based reports.
  • Adapts to the trend and needs of the market.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce or Finance
  • With 3 to 5 years experience in leadership or managerial role
  • Possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of Real Estate industry
  • Expert in client management, partnership, and network management
  • Minimum bachelor's degree qualification is required for this position
  • 3-5 years of real estate experience is required
