We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager from the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry to drive sales growth and manage business development across the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of PEB structures and proven experience in project sales, client acquisition, and channel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned regions.
  • Identify, approach, and manage new business opportunities in the PEB segment (industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor activities, project pipelines, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, order finalization, and payment follow-up.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php99,238.00 per month
