About the roleBYD Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the strategic growth and customer satisfaction of our automotive business.What you'll be doing

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, including the service centre, parts warehouse, and customer relations

Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer service, maximise efficiency, and drive aftersales revenue

Manage and motivate a team of service technicians, parts personnel, and customer service representatives to deliver exceptional standards of workmanship and customer care

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Analyse performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimise operational efficiency

Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer experiences and identify cross-selling opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and industry partners

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior aftersales or service management role within the automotive industry

Demonstrated expertise in managing and leading a high-performing aftersales team

Thorough understanding of automotive parts, service operations, and industry regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business growth and profitability

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
