Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our aftersales operations. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of after-sales services, including workshop operations, parts sales, warranty services, and general service activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and optimize aftersales operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead market analysis and trend identification to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Apply management and strategic tools to allocate resources, set goals, and prepare budgets.
  • Establish department objectives aligned with company KPIs and ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements that drive service excellence and profitability.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Aftersales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Background in mechanical, technical, or engineering fields preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship management skills.
