About the Role:

Omoda and Jaecoo Motors Philippines is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing aftersales team. This role is critical in supporting our dealer network by providing technical expertise, facilitating timely resolution of service issues, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and accurate technical support to dealerships through online and remote channels.
  • Liaise with engineers from Chery Headquarters to address technical concerns and implement updates.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on quality-related issues; recommend and follow through on corrective actions.
  • Compile and manage technical problem reports; provide expert guidance to dealers in troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Review, edit, and translate technical documentation, including user manuals, for dealership use.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or distributor-level technical operations in the automotive industry.
  • Strong skills in reading circuit diagrams and utilizing service manuals.
  • Familiarity with aftersales procedures including quality reporting and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
