In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic communication plans that elevate our company's brand image and drive business growth. You'll bridge the gap between PR and marketing, leveraging various channels to connect with our target audience and tell our unique story.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand image and visibility and align PR efforts with overall business goals and marketing strategies to support brand growth and reputation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure positive coverage and proactively pitch stories, press releases, and newsworthy content to secure media placement in relevant publications and channels.

  • Write, edit, and distribute press releases, speeches, and other communications materials to ensure the company's message is clear, accurate, and engaging.

  • Manage and respond to public relations crises in a timely and effective manner, minimizing damage to the company's reputation and develop crisis communication plans and act as the company spokesperson when needed, ensuring consistent messaging.

  • Plan and execute PR events such as product launches, press conferences, and media tours to generate positive coverage and engagement, coordinate media attendance and coverage at company events, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.

  • Monitor the company's public perception and address any issues that could affect its reputation.

  • Track and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, using insights to guide future PR strategies.

  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure the company's voice and messaging are consistent across all digital platforms.

  • Identify and build partnerships with influencers, industry experts, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company's credibility and reach.

  • Manage collaborations with partners to execute campaigns that align with the company's PR goals.

  • Provide media training to company executives and other spokespersons to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews and public appearances if needed.

  • Ensure all communication materials are aligned with the company's values, objectives, and brand identity.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • 10–12 years of professional experience in marketing or public relations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management capacity.

  • Proven success in developing and executing PR strategies, ideally within the automotive industry.

  • Must have maintained good relationships with media from automotive industry or other industries.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage media relations, crisis communications, and high-profile public events.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret media metrics and public sentiment data.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
