Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Support in the preparation of monthly financial reports and working papers
  • Process payables and receivables, ensuring timely disbursements and collections
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Manage office administration tasks including supplies, coordination with vendors, and basic facilities management
  • Assist in compliance requirements such as government filings, permits, and registrations
  • Maintain internal filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring all documents are up to date and secure
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or admin-related role (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities
