We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, and confident administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The duties of the administrative assistant include providing support and being invaluable to the officer and other departments by ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Administrative assistant responsibilities include accurate and timely completion of everyday office tasks, efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office, and assisting in meeting arrangements and events efficiently. The ideal candidate should have multitasking skills and be able to organize the work using tools such as MS Office, G Suite, etc.

If you have previous and current experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant and are familiar with our industry, we'd like you to join and be part of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Completes operations requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Assist with travel arrangements such as booking flights, company vehicle requests, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Expresses polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Assist the team in organizing team engagement initiatives, e.g., team building, charity, summer outing, etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • A graduate of a bachelor's degree in any course.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
