Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. Core responsibilities are:
Finance:
• Track and record financial transactions.
• Process accounts payables and receivables.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with vendors and customers regarding financial transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Provide support for inventory management.
Human Resources
• Audit Timekeeping Records
• Create Job Posting, Review Resumes and conduct interviews.
• Attend to HR Helpdesk
Office Administration and Procurement
• Source vendors for specific products and services
• Liaise with Government Agencies
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years in an Accounting Assistant Role.
• 2+ years in an HR Assistant Role.
• 2+ years in an Office Administration and Purchasing Support Role.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy.
• Willingness to work the evening shift, starting at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM Manila Time.
• A stable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps (download and upload).
• A high-performance PC with the following specifications:
- Minimum six-core processor (2.5 GHz or higher)
- At least 16GB of RAM
- Minimum 500GB SSD hard drive
- Windows 10 or newer
- Dual monitor setup
- HD webcam and a noise-canceling headset
- Installed Microsoft Office Suite
