Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Practical experience across HR functions—recruitment, employee document management, benefits administration, performance reviews, KPI.
  • Willingness to work on field
