About the role

Join Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative' as the XIAOMI CITY MANAGER (MANILA/MAKATI (ROVING) and play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion and growth in Manila City Metro Manila. This full-time position will see you leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results in this strategic role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of the Xiaomi retail stores in Manila and Makati
  2. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  3. Manage and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives
  4. Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  5. Ensure excellent customer service and a positive brand experience
  6. Collaborate with the central team on strategic initiatives and new store openings
  7. Prepare and analyse performance reports to inform decision-making
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or telecommunications industry
  2. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering revenue growth
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail management software
  6. Knowledge of consumer electronics products and industry trends
  7. Familiarity with the Manila and Makati markets and consumer preferences
