RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Types memoranda, correspondences and drafts replies to inquiries related to the functions of the Human Resources Department.

  2. Gives orientation to the Company's policies, rules and regulations.

  3. Prepares Contracts for the employees, and trainees.

  4. Prepares Identification Cards for the newly hired employees.

  5. Accomplishes timekeeping and Daily Time Records of employees on a day by day basis.

  6. Prepares weekly payroll for Marketing Professional trainees.

  7. Encodes/logs Sick Leave, Emergency Leave, and Tardiness notification on the Electronic Leave Filing (ELF) System.

  8. Prepares overtime work performed, leaves taken and tardiness/undertime incurred by employees.

  9. Prepares different reports/memorandas.

  10. Encodes data for Perfect Attendance and Attendance Rating.

  11. Requests and receives office supplies for the Human Resources Department and issues the same to the appropriate personnel.

  12. Prepares Performance Appraisal Forms for evaluation of Manager/Supervisor for their Team Member.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
