  • Discusses and validates requirements with Enterprise Analyst to determine business requirements and functional requirements;
  • Closely coordinates with Sr. Enterprise Applications Development Analyst and/or Enterprise Analytics Architect to discuss the design and approach as specified in technical requirements;
  • Analyzes, develops, and tests the assigned tasks for database components, ETL components, and BI components to deliver a complete Enterprise Analytics solution with the team;
  • Performs data extraction from various data sources, loading to data warehouse, validation and verification of data;
  • Monitors extraction and loading of data to ensure completeness and integrity of information/reports and timely delivery as specified in service level agreements set and agreed by the clients;
  • Provides technical support to internal and external clients;

  • Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his superiors from time to time.

  • Minimum Qualifications: College graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT related course

  • Must have at least 3 years of related experience
  • Knowledgeable in Project management, Data Analysis, Business systems analysis, System Development Life Cycle

Stradcom Corporation is the proponent of the multi-billion peso computerization of the Philippine Land Transportation Office (LTO), the agency that registers motor vehicles, issues drivers' licenses, and enforces laws of land transportation, and is administered under the Department of Transportation (DOTr).

Through a nationwide IT infrastructure consisting of the development of software for formal business processes, the establishment of a huge data powerhouse, the interconnection of LTO's almost 300 offices, the delivery of all hardware and equipment, and the provision of operating and support services throughout the entire concession agreement, which is now in its extension period, STRADCOM provides a service to government consistent with the provisions of the BOT Privatization Law (in particular, a Build-Own-Operate contractual scheme), while establishing a solid business model built on the generation and collection of service revenues from the transacting public.
