  • Direct and oversee the operations of both medical and non-medical departments alignment with the organization's structure.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and systems to support hospital operations
  • Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and other regulatory agencies in administrative areas.
  • Manage the hospital's annual budget in coordination with the Finance Department and Hospital Administrator.
  • Supervise procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, utilities, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR in workforce planning, labor relations, and organizational development.
  • Ensure hospital-wide adherence to policies on data privacy, occupational safety, and emergency preparedness.
  • Participate in strategic planning and hospital management meetings.
  • Monitor performance of administrative personnel and recommend capacity-building initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or any related course
  • Preferably with a Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or Public Health
  • At least 5–7 years of leadership experience in hospital or healthcare administration
  • Knowledge of DOH licensing, PhilHealth standards, and relevant government compliance
