Job Overview:
As an Account Executive, taking charge of enterprise accounts with a strategic focus.
In this role, you will independently identify, acquire new customers, and collaborate closely with client partners, presales, and consulting teams to drive success in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Sales Leadership: Develop and execute account plans for enterprise clients, taking full ownership of the sales cycle.
- Customer Acquisition & Expansion: Drive new customer acquisition while expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- CxO Engagement: Build and manage relationships at the C-suite level, ensuring alignment with client needs and long-term success.
- Sales Operations Insight: Apply expertise in managing both software sales and sales operations to deliver scalable results.
- Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge in BI, Data Visualization, Data Integration, and related enterprise software to position solutions effectively.
- Collaborative Sales Execution: Partner with presales, consulting, and reseller teams to deliver Proof of Concept demos and maximize revenue.
- Pipeline & Contract Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline, lead contract negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Customer Success Focus: Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through a deep understanding of business needs and alignment with the client's value proposition.
Job Requirements:
- 7–8+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales with strong results in managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience with global enterprise software leaders (Oracle, Informatica, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) or local companies with strong sales and operational expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to expand new accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Solid understanding of BI, Data Visualization, Data Integration, and Analytics markets.
- Strong network of senior executive contacts within enterprise accounts.
- Ability to create proposals and manage contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in the local language; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Self-starter who thrives working independently within a dynamic and matrixed organization.
