About the Role:

GPNC Services Corp is looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent service standards and smooth team performance. This role supports the F&B Manager in managing staff, coordinating operations, and delivering top-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations and service delivery
  • Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
  • Assist with inventory management, stock control, and cost monitoring
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Support F&B Manager in planning and execution of service schedules and events

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years experience in F&B or hospitality supervision
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of basic inventory management and cost control
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
