A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service. They ensure the café's cleanliness, maintain equipment, and create a welcoming environment for customers. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and passion for coffee craftsmanship.

Key Responsibility

Beverage Preparation

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.

Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of beverages.

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.

Provide product recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive café experience.

Willing to be assigned at Robinson Galleria & Lucky China Town Mall

Cleanliness & Organization

Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Teamwork & Support

Support the team during busy hours to ensure fast and efficient service.

Qualifications

At least HS Graduate

Experience is a plus

With pleasing Personality, Hardworking, and Customer-Oriented Willing to be assigned to be assigned at Lucky China Town Mall

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
