Greetings, job seekers Hiraya's very own Tio Berto's Restaurant is currently looking for Food and Beverage Attendants/Waiters.

Please note that we are located at Romulo Highway, Brgy. Ninoy, Aguilar, Pangasinan.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to their tables;
  • Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies);
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens and table utensils;
  • Inform customers about the day's specials;
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request;
  • Up-sell products when appropriate;
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using order slips or POS;
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff;
  • Serve food and drink orders;
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems;
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area;
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments;
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of High school or Senior High School or Any 4-year course.
  • Work experience as a waiter/server is an advantage but not required.
  • Physically fit and pleasing personality.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php10,600.00 per month
