We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our F&B Department, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in menu planning, cost control, inventory management, and quality assurance.
  • Familiar with food safety standards and sanitation procedures (HACCP/ServSafe certification is a plus).
  • Can work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banquets).
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage departmental budgets.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement service improvements and ensure guest satisfaction.
