Job Description:

Citylight is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Dining Staff to join our team. As part of the service crew, you will play a key role in providing excellent dining experiences to our guests by delivering quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests while ensuring proper presentation and service standards.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas before, during, and after service.
  • Assist in preparing tables, arranging utensils, and replenishing supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (Hospitality or F&B background is an advantage).
  • Experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset.
