Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company's products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Site location: Ayala Mall Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Average to excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on-site

Salary and Benefits:

  • 14,000 Basic salary - applicants with no BPO experience
  • 20,000 Basic salary - applicants with 18 months of BPO experience
  • 2,500 - Allowance
  • 20% Night differential
  • HMO on day 1
