Role Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Customer Care Associate to join our remote support team. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and coordinating bookings efficiently. The ideal candidate has a calm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Follow structured call flows while recording details accurately in the CRM
  • Book appointments and service jobs quickly and efficiently
  • Adapt tone and approach based on the customer's mood or urgency of the situation
  • Recognize regional and postcode information to maintain a localized presence
  • Escalate cases or coordinate with internal teams as necessary
  • Participate in team training, feedback sessions, and quality reviews

Mandatory Skills:

  • Fluent English communication with a clear, neutral accent
  • Strong interpersonal and listening abilities
  • Composure and professionalism during difficult or emotional calls
  • High attention to accuracy and procedure adherence
  • Competent in using CRM platforms and communication tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn continuously

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in inbound customer service, helpdesk, or call center roles
  • Understanding of CRM systems and lead tracking processes
  • Familiarity with UK or global postcode systems
  • Quick learner with strong adaptability to new software
  • Skilled in handling urgent or sensitive service requests

Technical Requirements:

  • High-speed internet (25 Mbps minimum) with backup option
  • Reliable power backup (UPS or generator)
  • Dedicated workspace with a noise-canceling headset
  • Laptop or desktop computer suitable for voice calls
