About the role

Join the dynamic team at City Savings Bank as a full-time Loans Service Associate based in Cebu Central Visayas. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for the bank's lending products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist customers with loan applications, document preparation, and submission
  • Process loan disbursements and manage loan repayments
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the credit team to ensure efficient loan processing and approval
  • Provide guidance to customers on the bank's lending policies and procedures
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed of product updates and regulatory changes

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or loans administration role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of lending products, credit policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Proficiency in using banking and loan management software
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • A graduate of any business course or equivalent
