About the Role

Join our growing team as a Healthcare Support Associate and play a vital role in assisting U.S.-based healthcare providers. You'll provide administrative and operational support to clinics and medical professionals, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist U.S. healthcare providers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Respond to patient or client inquiries through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support clinic operations by performing task-based processes aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare support or 1–5 years in the BPO industry (customer or technical support experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Quick learner with a client-focused mindset.
