JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 CebuYour Role as Accounts Payable OfficerWe're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to support our dynamic finance team. You'll be handling end-to-end AP processes; from invoice mapping to reconciliations, payments, and reporting—while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll also collaborate closely with our Australian headquarters and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Here's a snapshot of your day-to-day:

  • Monitor and manage finance inboxes (including junk filters and queries)
  • Map, review, and export invoices into MYOB
  • Process payments (mid-month, EOM, reimbursements, rent, APAC, travel)
  • Generate ABA and remittance files, resolving payment queries
  • Prepare international sales invoices and royalty reconciliations
  • Review supplier statements and reconcile discrepancies at EOM
  • Perform bank reconciliations (cash, AMEX, Tyro, delivery sales) daily and EOM
  • Enter sales invoices, set up new customers, and resolve sales-related queries
  • Handle reimbursements and update pricing records
  • Post RPL allocations, process support fees, and export reports for management
Requirements

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • Proficiency in MYOB (or similar accounting software)
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills for cross-border collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
