Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bacoor for Office Staff. The Office Staff will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. They will manage incoming calls, handle scheduling, assist with office organization, provide customer service, and support accounting activities. Day-to-day tasks include answering phones, managing office supplies, data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with other general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Basic Accounting skills
- Proficiency with office management software such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Senior High Graduate,
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is
