Training Supervisor
Job Overview:
Support employee growth and performance through impactful learning experiences The Training Officer is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational goals. This role helps identify training needs, conducts training sessions, and monitors effectiveness to ensure a knowledgeable and capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying training and development needs across departments
- Coordinate and deliver engaging, results-driven training programs
- Support the development of training materials aligned with company policies and standards
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and ongoing employee development activities
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, BS Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Willing to start immediately
