**Position: Training Supervisor/Learning & Development Supervisor

  1. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE**

  2. Design and deliver engaging training programs, with a strong focus on soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and customer service.

  3. Assess training needs and improve current learning systems to boost employee performance.
  4. Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and continuous learning for Head Office and field employees.
  5. Lead and mentor Field Trainers and Roving Supervisors to ensure consistent training standards.
  6. Manage training records, reports, and evaluation tools through Jotform and other systems.

2. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field; CPTM certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in soft skills training design and facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with a passion for teaching.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with experience managing trainers.
  • Creative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

3. MUST HAVES

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Training Supervisor.
  • Proficiency in training methodologies and demonstrated superior teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for training presentations.
  • Knowledge of video editing and presentation creation tools.
