About the role

As a Payroll Supervisor at TAPA KING INC', you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our dynamic organisation. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and will see you oversee the payroll team while driving process improvements and compliance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the payroll team to deliver accurate and on-time payroll processing
  2. Ensure payroll compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and internal policies
  3. Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
  4. Provide guidance and training to the payroll team
  5. Liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related queries and issues
  6. Prepare and submit payroll reports and maintain comprehensive payroll records
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a payroll supervisory role, preferably in the Accounting or Finance industry
  2. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations in the Philippines
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
  4. Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams
  7. A team player with the ability to lead and motivate a payroll team
