Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Performance Marketing Manager (AI-Driven Campaigns) on behalf of our client — a fast-growing digital marketing and financial education company dedicated to empowering individuals through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
AI-Driven Campaign Strategy
Use generative and agentic AI tools to create, test, and optimize marketing messages, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns.
Continuously refine tone, subject lines, and calls-to-action based on open rates, click rates, and conversion data.
Implement AI-based segmentation and predictive modeling to maximize campaign ROI.
Email & Drip Marketing
Design, launch, and manage high-performance email and drip campaigns focused on engagement and conversion.
Ensure email deliverability and compliance through best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation).
Maintain and segment contact databases for relevance and compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
Develop automated, trigger-based nurture journeys for prospects, agents, and partners.
Performance Optimization
Establish KPIs and track campaign results using analytics dashboards.
Run A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing creative and messaging combinations.
Report regularly on conversion metrics, retention rates, and ROI performance.
Ad Buying & SEO (Preferred Skills)
Manage or collaborate on paid digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on cost-per-lead and conversion quality.
Conduct keyword research and oversee on-page SEO optimization to improve visibility and traffic.
Partner with internal and external teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with product and data teams to align marketing campaigns with behavioral insights.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and data analysts to improve lead generation and retention workflows.
Ensure consistent, optimized campaign execution across all digital platforms.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle automation.
Strong background in email marketing and deliverability optimization.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, ) for campaign creation and workflow automation.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar).
Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable interpreting campaign data and making actionable recommendations.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability with a testing mindset.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
