Craftamo is expanding its marketing team and we're looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can elevate how we communicate with customers across email, SMS, and all lifecycle touchpoints.

If you understand how to guide customers from first purchase to long-term loyalty - and you know how to build automated journeys that drive repeat sales - this role is for you.

You will be responsible for architecting and executing our retention strategy, shaping customer experiences, and ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind throughout the entire buying cycle.

This position works closely with our performance marketing specialist, product development team, creatives, and CEO to deliver cohesive launch campaigns and strong customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and optimise all Email + SMS automations and campaigns
  • Improve list health, segmentation, engagement, and deliverability
  • Build pre-launch and warm-up sequences for new product releases
  • Design and refine customer journeys to increase repeat purchases
  • Develop retention strategies that boost LTV and subscription performance
  • Analyse data from GA4, Mailchimp & Shopify, and performance dashboards
  • Identify CRO opportunities and improve AOV on key pages
  • Interpret customer behaviour and turn insights into action
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for aligned launches and messaging

What We're Looking For
  • Strong email/SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Background in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to work with data and create actionable performance reports
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, attribution, and tracking
  • Experience in ecommerce or DTC is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, planning, and workflow management skills
