TLYNT is a fast-growing digital media company specializing in high-performing short-form & UGC content for global brands. We combine creativity and data to deliver campaigns that spark conversations and drive measurable results.

We're looking for a Performance Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment - someone who can turn insights into strategy and optimize campaigns that make an impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content creators and project teams to ensure campaigns meet client goals
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates
  • Support clients by implementing data-driven paid strategies

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2+ years in performance marketing/media buying
  • Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
  • Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Bonus: Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certification

Work Setup:

On-site at KMC Alabang Office

Monday–Friday

Fluent in English
