Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day brand performance marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and marketing objectives.

* Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms, including Meta, Google Search, YouTube, Tiktok, and other relevant digital channels.

* Collaborate closely with Marketing/Brand Managers and/or internal Creatives team to gather necessary assets, materials, and ad copies for effective campaign execution.

* Proactively conduct quality checks on implemented campaigns to ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free execution.

* Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

* Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to brand stakeholders, summarizing key performance metrics, campaign learnings, and future opportunities.

* Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or media management, preferably with hands-on experience on platforms such as but not limited to Meta, Google Search, and YouTube.

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven performance marketing campaigns.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies.

* Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration with marketing, brand management, legal, and external agency teams.

* Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
