  • Supervise and monitor daily activities of Area Controllers to ensure sales performance meets targets.
  • Review, guide, and approve Account Grid Activities and area sales strategies.
  • Track and evaluate monthly sales outputs and promotional execution effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and operational support to the sales team.
  • Address area-related concerns and communicate updates to the Regional Manager.
  • Develop and recommend market expansion strategies and potential dealer networks.
  • Monitor Yamaha's sell-out performance compared to competitors.
  • Submit regular reports on area operations, concerns, and improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing (motorcycle industry experience an advantage).
  • Motorcycle enthusiast preferred.
  • Strong background in field sales, team supervision, and client relations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and social media management.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends or holidays when required (with additional pay per DOLE guidelines).

Additional Information:

Employees will report to the Mandaluyong office but may be assigned to different areas within Luzon depending on operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
