Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company services/products to customers in assigned areas through face-to-face fieldwork.
  • Conduct saturation, lead generation, and door to door campaigns.
  • Build relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
  • Meet assigned sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly quotas).
  • Prepare and submit daily productivity and sales reports.
  • Participate in product training, field coaching, and sales huddles.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Coordinate with the Field sales supervisor and operations team for smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident in approaching and speaking with different types of people
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Physically fit and willing to conduct fieldwork in various locations
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with basic mobile apps and CRM tools is an advantage
  • At least High School graduate or College level
  • Previous experience in field sales is a plus but not required
  • Fresh graduates or career shifters are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,300.00 per month
