Tasks And Responsibilities
Sell-Out Quota Achievement:

  • Supervise and manage Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to achieve monthly sales targets and quotas across all categories.
  • Monitor market information (e.g., brand ranking, competitor activities) and ensure timely submission of sales/stock reports.
  • Cascade and ensure the execution of promotions and marketing programs.

Retail Presence

  • Ensure high standards of store display and visibility (visual merchandising).
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit operations, enforce brand guidelines, and resolve counter needs/issues.
  • Ensure continuous store staffing and uphold brand standards (including supervising physical counts).

Account Relationship & Manpower Handling

  • Coach and train BAs on-site and ensure attendance/compliance with brand standards.
  • Build professional relationships with store managers and personnel to influence selling practices and share product information.
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies to address manpower needs.
