621 Foodchow OPC, a growing food service distribution company, is looking for a Field Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our field sales team in Quezon and Mindoro If you're passionate about sales, leadership, and achieving results, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide field sales agents to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure sales execution and service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare sales reports and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Motivate, train, and coach the team to meet individual and group goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School graduate; College level or graduate is an advantage.
  • Must have a motorcycle with a valid Driver's License (Restriction A; Pro or Non-Pro).
  • With 1–2 years of experience in Sales and fieldwork, preferably in a supervisory or similar role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Preferably residing in or willing to do fieldwork in the Quezona and Mindoro area.
