Role Description: 

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing field collections operations. Duties include developing and enforcing policies, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and training to field collectors, and implementing process improvements to achieve target recovery rates. This position also handles complaint resolution, staff recruitment, and team management.

Create and maintain field collections policy and to make sure it was regularly being followed

Create, monitor and update field collections report

Conduct field visits for evaluation and coaching

Work closely with field collectors to achieve the target recovery rate per month

Facilitate huddles, meetings and calibration

Facilitate or assist in training roll-out such as but not limited to new hires training and upskill training

Point person for complaint coordination and resolution for field

Assist in screening and hiring of field collectors

Propose improvements for field collections.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably lives in North Metro Manila
  • Good presentation and analytical skills.
  • Should have good grasp of Microsoft Excel, word and other presentation apps
  • Good Communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
  • Have personal motorcycle and willing to do field work.
  • People management in a Philippine collection's environment for minimum of 2 years. Field Collections experience is a plus but not required
