Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assisting with recruitment: Posting job listings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and updating internal databases.
- HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling HR-related paperwork.
- Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing events, surveys, and initiatives to boost employee morale.
- Assisting with HR Projects: Participating in various HR-related projects and liaising with other departments as needed.
- Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the organization and the interns level of experience
Experience
- Graduating University or University graduate
Knowledge & Skill
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
