HR Assistant Intern

- Recruitment assistance: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and help manage applicant tracking systems.
- Onboarding and orientation: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation activities.
- Payroll and benefits: Collect payroll information and assist with gathering salary data.
- Event coordination: Help plan and organize HR-related events and employee engagement activities.
- Communication: Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures and draft communications.
- Projects and compliance: Support special projects and assist in staying updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
