  1. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  2. Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
  3. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  4. Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  5. Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
  6. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda.
  7. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  8. Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
  9. Handles the preparation and timely submission of government compliance reports and other regulatory requirements to ensure full company compliance.
  10. Takes charge of regulatory compliance, including the documentation and filing to regulatory bodies.
  11. Accountable for acquiring office supplies and keeping track of inventory.
  12. Support other functions as assigned.
