Group Sales Manager

  • Recruit and train a Sales Team.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Assess current Team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
  • Provide detailed and accurate Sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze competitor strength and weaknesses and prepare organization strategies to cater to all.
  • Organize various Sales trips for all tradeshows in coordination with Sales and Marketing department.
  • Monitor all expenses of SC's to reduce department cost and manage communication with all co-workers and ensure optimal performance in enterprises.
  • Submit Reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis as required by the Department Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum experience of 5 years in as a Group Sales Manager or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
